Zanette Kanani Bradley, PharmD, BCOP is a pediatric clinical pharmacist at Children’s Hospital Colorado and specializes in pediatric oncology. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at University of Colorado School of Pharmacy and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. Kanani Bradley has worked as a clinical pharmacist in hematology/oncology since 2011.
She built and established her current position as the ambulatory solid and liquid tumor oncology pharmacist. She serves as a primary preceptor for PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residents as well as APPE students at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. Kanani Bradley has been involved in numerous quality and safety initiatives at her institution such as expanding patient discharge teaching follow-up, implementing routine practice of pegaspargase pre-medications and therapeutic drug monitoring, implementation of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting prophylaxis standard in ambulatory solid tumor patients and advancing pharmacy services in the ambulatory pediatric oncology patient setting.
