Registration & Health and Safety Policy
Payment must accompany registration. If your facility is sending a check, it is your responsibility to confirm that APHON has received payment prior to your arrival at the conference. After September 2, you must call before mailing or faxing your registration form.
While much has changed in the world around us, what has not changed is APHON’s commitment to the health, safety, and best interests of our members, attendees, exhibitors, and team members. The health and well-being of our Conference attendees is our top priority. APHON is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will update our website with information as CDC guidance evolves. To safeguard the health and well-being of those attending the Annual Conference, individuals must provide proof that they have tested negative for COVID-19 via a PCR test administered 72 hours or less prior to their first day of attendance at the Conference. In lieu of providing such proof, individuals may voluntarily provide proof that they have received the primary series doses of COVID-19 vaccines as recommended by the CDC. Boosters are recommended, though not required. Please continue to check the Conference website for more information on how to upload your vaccination or negative test status.
