Mary Conway Keller is a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist at Connecticut Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. She received a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSN from the University of Massachusetts.
She coordinates and provides direct care and education to Hem-Onc patients, families, and health care professionals She is the COG nursing RI for Connecticut Children’s, and she co-chairs CT Children’s Hematology/Oncology Nursing Research and EBP workgroup. Her research focuses on promoting child, AYA, and parent coping and wellbeing in those with chronic illness and cancer. She has co-authored several publications, which highlight various aspects of nursing care and education of patients with cancer and their families. This includes a systematic review of the End of Treatment Experiences of Children and AYAs with Cancer and their Parents, and Recommendations for an educational checklist for parents who have a child newly-diagnosed with cancer .
