Terri Boyce, DNP APRN CPNP-AC CPHON®Nurse Practitioner

Upon earning her BSN from the University of Portland in 2002, Terri served as an RN in the US Air Force for 5 years. She completed her acute care pediatric nurse practitioner and pediatric clinical nurse specialist programs in residence at Duke University in 2008. For the next 8 years she worked as a NP in the outpatient pediatric heme/onc clinic as faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX, focusing on the care of children and adolescents with solid tumors and cranial spinal tumors. She now holds a faculty position at Oregon Health & Science University working as an inpatient nurse practitioner at Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon.

She has served APHON in multiple leadership roles at both the local and national level including 5 years as San Antonio chapter president, two terms on the Steering Council, and as a Chapter Liaison in addition to many past and ongoing APHON projects. She is CPHON certified and a chemotherapy/biotherapy instructor.
