The APHON conference is a nonsmoking event. Infants and children are not allowed in sessions or in the exhibit hall. Mobile devices must be turned on vibrate during educational sessions. Please be courteous to your fellow attendees. Dress is business casual. As in past conferences, a professional photographer may take photos of attendees at the APHON 42nd Annual Conference and Exhibit. These photos are for APHON use only and may appear on APHON's website, in printed brochures, or other promotional materials. Attendee registration grants APHON permission and consent for use of this photography.
The full conference registration fee includes: five general sessions, all concurrent sessions, paper and poster presentations, exhibit hall access, welcome reception in exhibit hall, nursing continuing education, relaxation room access, handout materials. APHON is pleased to share the attendees of the Annual Conference are able to earn up to 27.5 CNE contact hours.*
Pre-registration is required in order to participate in the following activities that are also included in the full conference registration fee: annual business meeting and awards luncheon, symposia**, Recognition Breakfast**, and complimentary chair massages**.
*CNE certificates will be available to print online at the conclusion of the conference by completing all online evaluations. Please note that evaluations will remain open until December 31, 2018. After this date, the system will not allow for any evaluations to be completed. CNE contact hours will not be awarded to attendees that fail to submit their evaluations prior to December 31, 2018. You should be aware of the continuing education requirements of your state board of nursing, especially for those states in which continuing education is mandatory.

Registration, exhibits/posters, and education sessions will take place at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center. The convention center is connected by a covered sky bridge to the Renaissance Palm Springs(APHON's headquarter hotel).

Pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, September 12 will be held at the The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa (headquarter hotel).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked before August 23, 2018. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations postmarked after August 23, 2018.
APHON reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If APHON must cancel the entire meeting, registrants will receive a full credit or refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
