Erin Armideo is a Nurse Practitioner at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She received her bachelor's of nursing from the Pennsylvania State University in 2005 and began her career as a pediatric oncology nurse at CHOP. In 2009 she received a master’s degree in nursing from The University of Pennsylvania, Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.
Erin has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, caring for patients with various types of solid tumors. Her passion is educating patients and families about their child’s disease, treatment and side effects of treatment.
Erin has presented in various forums including internationally on the management of side effects related to immunotherapy. She has received awards from Philadelphia City Council and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
