Shelby Sandoval is a oncology nurse educator with over 10 years of experience in the nursing field. She obtained her Bachelor of Art in Nursing in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Education in 2017. Shelby started her career at Seattle Children’s Hospital where she worked for nearly 5 years before leaving to pursue travel nursing. She has served in many roles within pediatric oncology including working in the inpatient and outpatient settings, serving as a care coordinator, educator and manager. Shelby is a member of APHON, is certified in pediatric hematology/oncology nursing, and participates in global health nursing initiatives in SE Asia.
