Robin Pitts began her hematology/oncology career over 30 years ago. She obtained her Master's degree from Emory University with a specialty in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and practiced as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for several years. After relocating to Tampa, Florida, she attended the University of South Florida and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1997. Robin currently resides in Ball Ground, north of Atlanta, with her family on their lovely hobby farm. She is privileged to be a member of the medical team at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center caring for the largest population of pediatric sickle cell patients in the United States.
