Sarah Green is a pediatric oncology nurse practitioner in the solid tumor program at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Connecticut, Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently completing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Sarah's clinical practice interests include retinoblastoma and palliative care for the pediatric oncology patient.
Sarah has presented in local and international forums on topics related to retinoblastoma and co-authored a retinoblastoma genetics publication contributing to the research and clinical practice recommendations for this population. Sarah is committed to improving pediatric healthcare through the legislative process. She is a legislative chair for the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners- Los Angeles Chapter and Advanced Practice Nurse Council at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
