Micah has 20 years of experience in pediatric hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant nursing. During that time she has served in many roles including bedside nurse, advanced practice nurse, and nurse scientist. Micah completed her PhD at Vanderbilt University in 2018. Micah has been involved in many professional organizations. She is currently the Chair of the Children's Oncology Group Nursing Clinical Trials Subcommittee and a member of the APHON Research/EBP Committee. Her research interests include adherence, symptom science and innovative technology use in pediatric oncology and HSCT patients and families.
