A 2002 graduate of Rutgers University, I began my nursing career at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on the inpatient Pediatric Unit. With more then15 years of pediatric hematology-oncology experience, I have worked in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and currently work in the Pediatric Retinoblastoma clinic at MSK.
Through the NCARE ladder, I just obtained by CN4 status in the education track, and am currently working to enhance patient and staff education in our unit. I have previously been a podium speaker and poster presenter at a local, national and international level, and this past summer was a co-author on my first journal article.
