Katie Bruce, PharmD, graduated from Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy in 2006. After graduation, she completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She was fortunate enough to get a job in pediatric oncology right out of residency, and then in 2008, moved to Nashville, and in 2009 became the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Pediatric Stem Cell Transplant at Monroe Carrell Jr Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
In 2015, she started at The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial as the Pediatric Oncology Pharmacist. In 2016, she became a Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacist. She has presented at Children's Oncology Group Fall meeting, Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group meeting, and the past two years at APHON National conference.
