Anne Raines, MSN RN CPHON®RN Patient Navigator

Anne graduated from The University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. Post graduation, she spent her days analyzing stocks in San Francisco, and her nights volunteering at UCSF Medical Center while completing nursing pre-requisite classes at the nearby junior college. In 2010, she graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with her Master of Science in Nursing.

Her love for pediatric oncology began with her first rotation on the hem/onc unit in nursing school, which landed her a job as a bedside RN. Her current role as Nurse Navigator allows her to guide hem/onc nurses through new research studies and drugs and provide education on the latest advancements in care. Anne has been a Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse since 2013 and the Education Chair of her local APHON Austin Chapter since 2016. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and two little girls.
